Peyz Web Application is a specialized platform for managing and providing food services and online orders. It features the following:


  • Membership System: It includes three types of memberships: Super Admin, Admin, and Regular User, each with different permissions and access levels.
  • Payment Gateways: The application supports Monei and Stripe payment gateways to enable smooth and secure transactions.
  • ERP Integration: The application integrates with multiple ERP systems such as (Hosteltactil, Revo, Agora, Last, and Bdp), allowing the management of menu data, lounges, and available tables in each lounge.
  • Super Admin Capabilities: The Super Admin can add and modify ERP systems, manage restaurants, create restaurant-specific discounts, disable specific restaurants, directly access each restaurant’s dashboard, assign ERP systems to restaurants, and disable the restaurant’s menu.
  • Admin/Restaurant Owner Dashboard: This provides detailed analytics, including order counts, user data, payment methods, and reviews.
  • QR Code Generation: A QR Code is generated for each table, allowing users to scan it to browse the menu, place orders, and complete payments using options such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and credit cards.
  • Menu Customization: The application allows restaurant owners to customize the menu by adding categories and products under each category, adjusting the list based on their needs.
  • Web App Customization: The application provides the ability to customize the user experience for each restaurant, including changing the app’s color scheme, uploading images, changing category and product backgrounds, or displaying the menu without images if preferred.
  • Multiple Order Types:
Regular Order:

Users can order and pay either partially or fully. The bill can be split among people at the table, and they can pay for specific items or set a specific amount to pay.

Prepay:

Requires payment before the order is sent to the kitchen. A waiting status can be activated if the restaurant owner chooses to enable this feature. The waiting period is defined, and after the specified time, all pending orders for a particular table are sent as a single order.

Takeaway:

Not tied to a specific table, allowing users to track the status of their order.

  • Credit Card Management: Users can add, delete, and change the default card used for payments, making it easy to pay without re-entering credit card details for each transaction.
  • Profile Management: Users can update their personal information, browse all their previous orders, download invoices as PDF files, share them via available apps, or send them by email. They can also use discount codes provided by restaurant owners, rate restaurants, and change the language. The app is available in four languages: French, Spanish, German, and English.
